Document Collection — The Service
Corelatin's Document Collection service sends a verified companion to a hospital's Medical Records Department on behalf of a patient or family to collect medical documents — discharge summaries, indoor case papers, reports, insurance claim files, and scheme certificates — then sends instant WhatsApp scans and dispatches originals by Speed Post or courier.
It serves outstation families whose patients were treated in Delhi NCR, NRIs coordinating parents' paperwork from abroad, working professionals, and anyone who can't make a hospital visit themselves.
