How is the final amount calculated?

The service is billed at ₹549 per hour with a minimum booking of 1.5 hours. Bookings less than 1.5 hours are charged at 1.5 hours (i.e., ₹824). After the first 1.5 hours, time is billed in 30-minute increments (rounded up). For example, 1.5 hours would be billed as ₹824, and 2 hours would be billed as ₹1,098.

What if no companion is available near me?

If we cannot find a companion within 10 minutes, you'll be notified and given options to: (a) continue searching with an expanded radius, (b) switch to a standard booking for a later time, or (c) cancel with no charge.

Why is Urgent Need more expensive than standard booking?

The premium pricing reflects the on-demand nature of the service. Since companions are allocated on an urgent basis (within 30 minutes to 1 hour), they must be available immediately and travel to your location on short notice. This requires them to maintain flexible schedules and prioritize your request. Standard bookings (1-2 days advance) allow for better scheduling and hence lower rates.

Can I cancel after a companion is assigned?

Yes, but a 50% cancellation fee (of the estimated amount) applies once a companion has been assigned and is en route. This compensates the companion for their time and travel. Before assignment, cancellation is free.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is collected after service completion, just like our standard bookings. You can pay via cash, UPI, or card. The final amount is calculated based on actual service duration.

Is location sharing required?

Yes, we need your current location to find the nearest available companion. If you prefer not to share GPS location, you can manually enter your address, though this may result in slightly longer matching times.
