What we do not do

  • Hospital refusal / inability (a flat ₹309 attempt fee applies if hospital or lab refuses release; the remainder of ₹599 is not charged)

Frequently asked questions

This flat-fee service covers routine prescribed blood tests and diagnostic panels: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Liver Function Tests (LFT), Kidney Function Tests (KFT), Lipid Profile, Thyroid Panel (T3, T4, TSH), Blood Sugar / HbA1c, Urine Routine & Microscopy, and similar standard outpatient panels. Complex MRD files, biopsy blocks, or discharge summaries require our hourly Document Collection service.
Lab Report Pickup is a flat ₹599 one-time fee. The visit is OTP-verified (Start OTP + End OTP) for security and audit, but duration never alters the service charge. Pay a minimum 55% advance online via PayU at booking and the balance via cash or UPI after visit completion.
If the hospital or lab refuses to release the report due to institutional policies (such as patient biometric mandates or strictly requiring direct blood relative presence), our standard ₹309 inability attempt fee applies to cover the companion's transit and queue effort. The remainder of the ₹599 fee is not charged.
You need to share the lab test receipt / invoice number, patient ID (UHID), and a copy of the doctor's test slip or bill receipt so our executive can present it at the dispatch counter.
Yes. Upon pickup, we immediately send high-resolution digital scans to your WhatsApp and email. We can also dispatch the physical printed reports anywhere in India via India Post Speed Post or DTDC/BlueDart courier at actual postal charges.
