We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for better availability, though same-day bookings are accepted subject to companion availability.

Our hospital companions provide non-medical support including: OPD registration and queue management, billing coordination, report collection, wheelchair assistance, WhatsApp updates to family, and post-visit summaries. For admitted patients, they provide overnight monitoring and basic assistance. They do not perform medical procedures but ensure your loved ones are comfortable and well-coordinated during hospital visits.

Yes, same-day bookings are accepted subject to companion availability. We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance to ensure the right companion is assigned, especially for major hospitals like AIIMS, Apollo, or Fortis where patient volume is high. Yes, all our companions undergo thorough verification including police verification and Aadhaar verification before onboarding. We also conduct reference checks and basic training. Our rates are transparent and vary by service type: OPD Companion (₹349/hr), Diagnostic Companions (₹349/hr), Follow-up (₹349/hr), Overnight (₹349/hr), Inter-City (₹349/hr), Medical Tourism (₹559/hr), Daycare Procedure Companion (₹349/hr), Maternity Companion (₹349/hr), Urgent Companion (₹549/hr), and Priority Queue Assistance (₹999 flat). Rates are the same across all hospitals in Delhi NCR. No hidden charges — you pay only for the hours used.

Website bookings are confirmed after you pay at least 55% of the estimate online via PayU — you can also choose to pay the full amount or a custom amount above the minimum. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI through PayU — the options shown at checkout depend on your bank, card and the payment amount, and EMI is subject to issuer eligibility. A 2% payment-gateway charge applies to the online amount. Any remaining balance is paid after the visit in cash or UPI to your companion, as shown on your final itemized bill, which deducts what you already paid online.

You can cancel anytime from My Bookings or by calling us. If you cancel before a companion is assigned, 100% of the service amount you paid online is refunded (the 2% payment-gateway charge is retained). If you cancel after a companion is assigned or do not show up, the service minimum charge is retained — never more than you paid — and the rest is refunded.
