What is a dialysis companion?
A non-medical companion helps with the practical parts of maintenance dialysis visits in Delhi NCR. Your hospital team provides treatment; Corelatin helps with registration, waiting-area support, billing and escort coordination.
Current public rates are ₹1,499 for one session, ₹1,399 per session for 2–7, and ₹1,199 per session for 8+. These are companion fees, not hospital dialysis charges. Add-ons and applicable gateway charges are separate; agreed customer-specific rates are confirmed at checkout.

Someone stays nearby
Waiting-area support through the agreed session window, usually around the 4–5-hour dialysis cycle. Treatment-area access depends on facility rules. If the patient appears unwell, alert hospital staff immediately.
Help with the way home
Coordinate billing, session papers, discharge counters and escort to arranged transport. Own-car pickup/drop is an optional, separately priced arrangement confirmed before the visit.

Your value stays with you
If Corelatin cannot deliver the companion visit, its value carries forward or is refunded. Family cancellations and no-shows follow the applicable cancellation terms.
12 paid visits + 1 free
The 12-session plan includes one bonus visit. Both monthly plans allow 30 days plus 10 grace days from the first scheduled visit. Provider-missed credits are extended or refunded, not forfeited at expiry.
Priority help beyond dialysis
Priority coordination for OPD and diagnostic companions and other Corelatin services. Separate charges and availability apply; this is not priority in a hospital’s clinical queue.

One free session for each successful referral: a new customer buys a paid package and completes their first paid visit. Redemption, expiry and other reward terms will be published before launch.
Local support for families near and far
Support across Delhi, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, subject to confirmation of your facility, dates and staffing. Corelatin is independent of hospitals and dialysis centres; no hospital affiliation or treatment-area access is implied.

Corelatin companions undergo identity and background verification. Ask the team to confirm your assignment and pickup arrangements before the visit.
- No machine operation, cannulation, medication administration, vital-sign monitoring or clinical decisions.
- No signing clinical consent on the patient’s behalf. Keep a responsible family member reachable.
- For an emergency, contact hospital staff or call 112. This is not an ambulance or emergency service.

What does a dialysis companion cost today?

Does the companion provide dialysis treatment or nursing?
No. This is non-medical logistics and companionship. Dialysis machines, cannulation, medication, vital signs and clinical decisions remain with qualified hospital staff. Treatment-area access follows facility rules.
Can we have the same companion for repeat visits today?
We prioritise the same companion whenever feasible. Current bookings do not include the announced future named-backup package promise. Confirm staffing and your exact session dates with Corelatin.
How are current bookings paid for?

How long are current prepaid packages valid?
Existing published terms give current prepaid dialysis packages 90 days from purchase. The upcoming monthly-plan validity does not shorten existing entitlements. Review the Terms and Refund Policy before booking.
What happens if a session is cancelled today?
Current terms distinguish provider failures from family cancellations and early package exit. Give at least 24 hours’ notice for an individual cancellation; shorter notice follows the cancellation policy. Early exit normally refunds 80% of unused session value, with stated compassionate exceptions. If neither a companion nor substitute is available, the published policy provides a full refund for that session, including its gateway charge.
Can the companion drive our car?
Own-car pickup and return support can be arranged in advance as a separately priced add-on, confirmed at booking. Corelatin does not supply a car or ambulance. Fuel, parking and hospital charges are not included in the companion fee.
Can I book the announced prices or claim the new rewards now?
Not yet. The new prices, named-backup promise, 40-day monthly plans and referral rewards are upcoming only. The 12+1 announcement means 13 visits total. Current booking prices and terms remain active; full future-plan and reward terms will be published before launch.
