Important: Please Read Before Booking

Corelatin companions are trained support personnel, not licensed medical professionals. They do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, administer medication, or perform clinical procedures.

No Hospital Affiliation
Corelatin is an independent service — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any hospital or medical institution.

Non-Medical Service
Our companions provide non-medical support only — queue management, navigation, paperwork, wheelchair assistance, and family updates.

No Emergency Services
We do not provide emergency medical services. For emergencies, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. Read our Terms & Refund Policy.

You are flying home for two weeks. During your visit, you will personally accompany your parents to their hospital appointments. But what happens when you fly back? Use your time in India to set up a sustainable care system that continues after you leave.

1. Schedule All Upcoming Appointments

During your visit, book all foreseeable appointments for the next 3–6 months: specialist follow-ups, diagnostic tests, dental, eye check-ups. Get the dates in writing and add them to a shared family calendar. This prevents last-minute scrambling after you leave. Read our NRI hospital checklist.

2. Meet a Corelatin Companion in Person

While you are in Delhi, book a companion for one hospital visit and accompany them with your parents. This lets you: evaluate the companion firsthand, introduce them to your parents, and build comfort. Your parents are far more likely to accept ongoing support if they have met the companion while you were present. Book a companion for your visit.

3. Set Up Recurring Companion Bookings

For regular appointments (weekly dialysis, monthly check-ups), arrange recurring companion bookings before you leave. The same companion shows up each time, knows your parents' preferences, and sends you WhatsApp updates. You won't need to book each visit individually. Read our recurring support guide.

4. Organize Medical Records

Collect all medical records during your visit: prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries, insurance documents. Scan everything into a shared Google Drive folder. Leave physical copies in a labeled folder at home. Update the medication list with current dosages.

5. Complete Legal Paperwork

Use your physical presence in India to register a Medical Power of Attorney, update insurance nominees, and ensure bank accounts have nominations. These tasks are much harder to do from abroad. Read our MPOA guide.

6. Do a Handover Call

Before you fly back, hold a call with your siblings, parents, and the Corelatin companion team. Review the care plan, upcoming appointments, emergency contacts, and payment arrangements. Read our sibling coordination guide.
