Understanding the AIIMS OPD Process: Appointment vs. OPD Token
Many patients assume that getting an appointment and getting an OPD token/card at AIIMS are the same thing. In reality, these are two separate processes, often requiring two separate visits and two separate queues.
Step 1: Taking the Appointment
