The Service & Process
What is a hospital document collection service?
A verified companion physically visits a hospital on your behalf to collect medical documents — reports, discharge summaries, claim files, certificates — then sends you instant WhatsApp scans and delivers originals to your address.

How does document collection work step by step?
You share hospital details + signed authorization on WhatsApp → a verified companion visits the records counter → collects documents → sends instant scans → dispatches originals by Speed Post/courier → you pay a minimum 55% advance online via Cashfree or PayU at booking and the balance in cash or UPI after the visit.

What hospitals do you cover?
Every hospital, clinic and diagnostic centre across Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad — 55+ facilities. No tie-ups needed; we work independently at any hospital you choose.

Authorization & Requirements
What do I need to provide for someone to collect documents for me?
A signed patient authorization letter naming the collector, the patient's government ID copy, and the collector's own ID. We provide the exact letter format — you sign, photograph, and WhatsApp it back.
Authorization letter format →
Do I need a Power of Attorney to collect medical records?
No — a simple signed authorization letter is sufficient for most records. A notarized POA is only needed for sensitive documents (MLC, some indoor files) or when the patient can't sign.
POA vs authorization letter →
What if the patient can't sign the authorization?
Hospitals generally accept next-of-kin authorization — spouse, parent, or adult child — with relation proof. Some sensitive records may need a notarized declaration.

Can you collect biopsy specimens, not just reports?
Yes — paraffin blocks and glass slides for second opinions. Stricter authorization rules apply; some hospitals require the patient or blood relatives only.

For initial filing and queries, most insurers accept clear scans. For final settlement many require originals — we recommend getting both.
Scans vs originals →
Can documents be sent to another city or abroad?
Yes — Speed Post anywhere in India, private courier domestic and international. Most NRIs get instant scans + originals couriered to a family address in India.

How payment works →

Safety & Trust
Is it safe to let a companion collect my medical documents?
Yes — companions are Aadhaar + background verified, their identity is shared with you before the visit, billing is OTP-verified, and documents go from the hospital counter directly to your WhatsApp.
Verified vs unverified collectors →
How is this different from a hospital tout?
Touts are unverified individuals with no accountability. Our companions are background-verified, identity-shared, OTP-billed, and backed by a company you can hold accountable.
